We were greeted by Kathy Schwach and she helped us find just what we were wanting. She was very helpful and patient. She provided me with a tape measure to measure the items to see if it would fit the room ....like I said very patient and kind. We chose a 4 piece sectional. The price was very good along with the protection plan. Thank you for helping us find new furniture. I would also like to include Randy and the gentleman in finance, didn't catch his name but he was bald...both very nice and helpful. Thank you Scott Miller

Called, spoke will salesperson, told her exactly what I needed, She told me my options, told her we would be there shortly. When we showed up, Kathy was waiting and led us to what we were looking for. Made our choice, went to counter, completed transaction and was in and out in 20 minutes tops. Went to distribution center, picked up, guys had it loaded and we were out of there in 10.minutes. Everyone was very professional. ONLY problem we had was distribution center was not marked as Ashley's just Ivan Smith and we took a guess they were one and the same. Needs to say both!

Randy was helpful, quickly filtered out what we did and didnt want by asking our preferred color, reclining, etc and made sure we were taken care of. Vanessa was a nice and friendly lady, and took care of all of the paperwork for us.

I had issues at another store, I had none at this store. They had exactly what I was looking for, and the sales lady made us a very good deal on clearance end tables. There were some other issues stemming from the other store but the manager at bossier solved them all. Very friendly people and willing to help.

I purchased this bed for my grand daughter. Salesman Tom was very helpful but not pushy at all. Delivery was on time & efficient. She loves her new bed.

I had the very best Salesperson Deidra from the Bossier City, La store an the very very best delivery guys. I cannot remember their name let me tell you the driver went above an beyond as a delivery person Everyone has been great to us. I have had nothing but great delivery people Melvin is the best an Chris an I cannot remember the other two guys names but they were amazing also. I appreciate everything.

When we first walked into the door we were greeted by Tom, he was very friendly and courteous and let us browse around without looking over our shoulder. When we were ready, Tom was there to help us. He was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all the questions that we had about the product. Felt really at home and was a great experience. Will definitely go to Ashley again if the need arrives.
